That isn't a timecode. Type it as HH:MM:SS:FF, like 01:00:00:00. Minutes and seconds go up to 59. At this frame rate the frames go up to 23. Drop-frame skips frames 00 and 01 at the start of every minute except every tenth, so this timecode doesn't exist.

Type a whole number of frames, like 1440.
Type a number of seconds, like 90 or 2.5.
That isn't an SRT time. Type it as HH:MM:SS,mmm, like 00:01:30,500. Minutes and seconds go up to 59.
For a whole subtitle file, use the Subtitle frame rate converter.
This timecode calculator adds and subtracts HH:MM:SS:FF timecodes at nine frame rates: 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97 drop-frame, 29.97 non-drop, 30, 50, 59.94 and 60 fps. In the converter, type in any box and the others follow: timecode, total frames, seconds and SRT time (HH:MM:SS,mmm). Drop-frame comes out exact, so at 29.97 drop-frame, 1,800 frames reads 00:01:00;02. For a whole subtitle file at a new frame rate, use the subtitle frame rate converter.
Questions
Is the timecode calculator free?
Yes, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone. The iPhone number pad has no colon, so type the digits alone: 1000 is read as 00:00:10:00.
Can I convert a whole subtitle file?
Not here: this page works on one timecode at a time. For an SRT file at a new frame rate, use the subtitle frame rate converter, and to move every line earlier or later, shift subtitles.
What's the difference between drop-frame and non-drop?
At 29.97 fps, drop-frame timecode skips the labels 00 and 01 at the start of every minute except every tenth, so it keeps pace with the clock. Non-drop counts every frame and falls about 3.6 seconds behind the clock each hour.
Is there a limit?
Timecodes go up to 999 hours and frame counts up to nine digits, longer than any video runs.
