This format stores times as frame numbers, so it has no meaning without a rate. We don't guess one.

Describing your video to a caption generator takes about as long as writing the caption yourself. This one starts from the video instead: paste a link or drop the file, and pick TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X or Facebook. You get a short, a medium and a long caption written from what was said, with up to 10 hashtags you can keep or cut. Each caption fits the caption length of the platform you picked, and a count beside it shows how many characters it uses.
Questions
How do I generate a caption for my video?
Paste the video's link or drop the file, pick the platform, and wait for the transcript. The three captions and the hashtags appear on the transcript page, each with a Copy button.
Which platforms does it write for?
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X and Facebook. Each one allows a different caption length, and all three captions stay within the one you pick.
What does it need from my video?
Speech. The captions are written from what's said, so a video with no talking, or only music, gets the message "There's no speech to write from."
Which languages does it write in?
The language the video is spoken in, unless you pick another one for the captions.
Is it free?
Yes, with no account. A YouTube video with captions uses none of your minutes; anything else uses the free 90 minutes a day, one for each minute of video.
