Which MP3 quality should I choose?
192 kbps, which the page starts on, is right for most music and speech. Choose 128 kbps for a smaller file of a talk or voice note, or 320 kbps for music you want at the highest MP3 quality.
Is there a size limit?
No limit is set. Very long files, such as an audiobook or a whole day's recording, can be more than some phones can handle, so use a computer for those.
