Will the quality drop?
Not at all when the page says nothing was re-encoded: the picture and sound are exactly as they were. Other videos are converted at high quality, so the MP4 can come out larger than the original, and the video compressor makes it smaller.
Is there a size limit?
No limit is set. A very long video can be more than some phones can handle; if one stops part way, try it on a computer.
